4. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been received. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific bookings, which will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

5. Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). We will inform you of the specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking at the time of booking. The $25.00 trip planning fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
